From a beautiful Southwestern style mission building, Caprock Winery has received over 400 medals and awards since the introduction of the label in 1992.

The modern equipment includes a German stemmer-crusher, German presses and an Italian bottling line.

Started in 1976, Llano Estacado Winery began with 1,300 cases of wine released in 1977.  Today Llano Estacado is the largest premium winery in the state of Texas.

In 1997, Llano expanded the winery to accommodate 125,000 cases as well as its own experimental vineyard.

Viviano is a result of those efforts and is the state's first ultra-premium wine.
